Powers and Abilities
While Cymbal is the weakest of King Piccolo's henchmen besides Piano, He is still super humanly powerful and a dangerous adversary. Cymbal's purpose was to find the Dragon Balls and King Piccolo even noted the fact that Cymbal has a dragon like appearance.
Techniques
Beam Ray - A unique power to Cymbal, he is able to fire energy blasts from his hands that have an electric quality to them.
Flight - Due to the wings on his back, Cymbal has the power of flight.
Mouth Energy Wave - Inherited by his father King Piccolo, Cymbal is able to fire a powerful energy blast from his mouth.
