Gowasu
The Kaioshin of Universe 10, Gowasu is a peaceful person who likes to observe mortals and drink tea. He has taken Zamasu as his apprentice and sees great potential within Zamasu, but wishes to change his heart. He also frequently watches GodTube and is interested in Son Goku. He is the only Kaioshin in charge of the time rings.
