Origin
Kale is a Saiyan from Universe 6.
Kale is Caulifla's best friend, sister-figure and protege who serves as her second-in-command in a gang of punks. Kale has unbelievable strength and power that this makes her the strongest and most powerful Saiyan of Universe 6.
Little is known about where she was born or her how old is she, but there is an indication that she might be much older than she appears. In the English dub version of Dragon Ball super she is referred as a woman by one of pride troopers when she is called out for eliminating one of their teammates.
Caulifla and Kale use the Potara earrings to form a new saiyan warrior named Kefla.

Kale first appeared in episode 89.

Kales name comes from a vegetable "Kale". She was created due to immense popularity of the character Broly.
