Masaki Kurosaki was the wife of Isshin Shiba and the mother of Ichigo, Karin and Yuzu. She was killed by a Hollow named Grand Fisher while trying to protect Ichigo.

Masaki Kurosaki (黒崎 真咲, Kurosaki Masaki) is a supporting character of the BLEACH series that was created by Tite Kubo, It first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in August 2001. She was first seen in a picture in the first chapter, and later briefly during flashbacks in the fourth volume.
She first appeared in BLEACH Volume 1, CH. 1 "Strawberry & The Soul Reaper" in a photo, and she would appear in person in BLEACH Volume 3, Ch. 18 "6/17 Op.2 Doesn't Smile Much Anymore".
