Maximillion Pegasus
He is the Creator of Duel Monsters and head of industrial illusions. He is the main antagonist of the duelist kingdom arc. He was the king of duel monsters before Yugi Mutou defeated him. His name in the japanese version of the anime is Pegasus J. Crawford. He possessed the millennium eye before it was taken from him by Yami Bakura.

Antagonist in the Duelist kingdom arc of the Yugioh manga and anime. He was the creator of the card game named "Duel Monsters", that became the heart of the franchise.
In the manga, he was killed by Yami Bakura, but in the anime continuity, he was rendered comatose and recovered later to change his ways.
