Mira is a demon Android created by Towa to be the strongest living fighter in history. Towa used an Earthling as a base then added Android parts and the DNA of various alien species along with the energy of powerful masters to create Mira. In truth Mira is a hybrid human, demon, Android, Namekian, Saiyan, Frieza's race, Shadow Dragon, and a number of unknown races.
