Origin

Due to coming from a family conformed by a judge and policeman parents, Kimari was raised to be a rule follower who has to make sure that others follow the rules as well, Kimari would follow her classmates to follow the rules, a quirk that continued well into her later years, when she became the student guidance counselor at Ohananomitsu High School, this quirk however, has also made her the target of many insults, such as being a nuisance who ruins everyone's fun.

However, Kimari has always wanted to break the rules herself, even if just a little bit.

Creation

Kimari was created by Nakamura Rikito (writer) and Yukiko Nozawa (artist), and she first appeared on Weekly Young Jump No. 21-22 from 2025, in the 213th chapter of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You.

The name Morikita Kimari (守北季鞠) is a pun on the concept of following the rules, as her first name (季鞠) is composed of the same hiragana used to say rule or etiquette (決まり).

Character Evolution

Appearance

Kimari is normally seen in a prim and proper outfit composed of a white blouse with long, cuffed sleeves and a matching pussycat bow, alongside a dark mid-length pencil skirt with stockings and heels. She has long deep purple hair, with a center parting and two descending strands on each side of her face, her long hair is tied into a low bun with a pale hair tie. She also has sharp eyes with a pink iris.

Personality

Kimari is known as being a strict rule-abiding teacher at Ohananomitsu High School, who acts in a strict manner to disobedient students. What no one knows however, is that in secret, she always yearns to break the rules, even if they're small and insignificant.
