Oolong
Oolong is a shape-shifting anthropomorphic pig that uses his abilities for his own greedy desires. He later joins Bulma and Goku on their quest to find the Dragonballs.

Like many other characters from Dragonball, Oolong is loosely based on Zhu Bajie, a character from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. Following his defeat by Goku early on in the series Bulma decides that he might be useful to them while searching for the Dragonballs and thus persuades him to join their expedition. Oolong's greatest moment perhaps is preventing Emperor Pilaf from making his wish for world domination by stepping in at the last minute and wishing for the worlds' most comfortable pair of under ware. After their adventure, he begins living at Capsule Corporation in West City. He plays a large role in the beginning of Dragon Ball, but by the end of Dragon Ball Z, he shows up from time to time in the company of Master Roshi.
