Origin
Kai Chisaki (in Japanese: 治崎 廻) a mob boss who goes by the name Overhaul. Overhaul is obsessed with returning the Yakuza to it's former glory and reverting the world to a pre quirk awakening. He believes quirks are plague on society and emerging villains as well as the superheroes who combat them are symptoms of the disease.
Personality
Overhaul is a mysophobic, antisocial sociopath obsessed with returning the world to the way it was before quirks.
Quirk
Chisaki's quirk is known as Overhaul. With his quirk he has the ability to manipulate any matter he touches. Through this he possesses the ability to heal himself and others, manipulate objects such as the ground for various attacks, destroy people with a touch and even fuse with others.
