Shikaku Nara is a jonin of the Hidden Leaf Village, and the father of Shikamaru Nara. He, like his comrades, Inoichi and Choza are the previous generation of the Ino-Shika-Cho trio.

Shikaku Nara (奈良シカク, Nara Shikaku) is a supporting character of the Naruto series that was created by Masashi Kishimoto. It first began serialization Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in November 1999. He was first introduced during the Invasion of the Hidden Leaf Arc.
