Appearance
Tokuma is a tall man with light skin and has a bandanna-style Leaf Village headband. He has two bangs on each side of his face and has brown spiky hair that reaches at his shoulder length. He wears the official leaf Village flak jacket as well as the standard Leaf Village uniforms.
Personality
Tokuma was a very selfless individual who is willing to put his life on the line to protect his comrades. He is also seen to be a very calm and level-headed shinobi who is also composed and sensible.
