Cathy is first encountered by Wolf in a diner in Buffalo, NY.  She had killed the previous owners and taken over the form of a waitress.  Wolf identifies her after a cop noted her tattoos, causing her to momentarily lose her concentration.  According to the Hunter-Killer files, she is designated as a firstgen ultrasapien, number 46-R.  Her file says she is a shapeshifting succubus and a level 3 assassin.  When she feeds, she drains the life out of victims without remorse and then takes their shape.  She is killed by Wolf but her brain waves remain long enough for Agent Haruspex to read them and find the location of The Catalog.
