Grandson of Andar and in many ways the "new" Andar as he now accompanies Turok on his many adventures. He has Promised his Grandfather that he will learn of the "old ways" of their people (the Mandan tribe). Like Andar in his youth, Andy is very Headstrong.

Andy is the Grandson of Turok's old pal Andar and Regan Howell's brother.
After returning from the Lost Land, Turok was beside Andar's death bed and first met his Grandchildren. Turok Promised to look after Regan and Andy and teach them both of their tribes old ways. after Andar's passing Turok Burns down the house, letting Andar and all his possessions to return to the dust from which he came. After this the Government comes and takes Turok, Regan, and Andy to the southwest to deal with a "dinosaur problem". Upon Arrival they learn that someone has been breeding Velociraptors and T-rex's to both sell to hunters for sport and some to even keep pets for those with an "exotic taste".
