Carlos Comacho is a drug lord in Columbia who's business is interrupted by of all things bionically enhanced dinosaurs who kill his men at will. Business suffering Carlos sees out Turok to kill these beasts. Carlos sullpies Turok with all the weaponry he needs to kill the beast and Turok accepts his offer to help but is not sure of Carlos' motives.
