Origin
Dalgan is a Vine soldier based on their home planet Loam. He was one of the soldiers commanded to attack Aric when he attacked Loam. However Dalgan religiously believes in the prophecy of Shanhara (X-O Manowar armor) and rescued Aric when he was injured.
Creation
Dalgan was created by writer Robert Venditti and artist Cary Nord. He first appeared in the story "Planet Death Part 2" in X-O Manowar #12 (Apr. 2013).
Major Story Arcs
Planet Death
After rescuing and healing Aric, Dalgan and the High Priest turn themselves in to the Vine High Council in order to prove their faith. The Council order them to be executed but they are rescued by X-O Manowar.
