Dr. Rasp
Dr. Rasp is a character in Dr. Solar, Gold Key and Dark Horse. In the Gold Key story line, Rasp is the traitor planted at Atom Valley by Nuro. On Nuro's orders, he sabotages Atom Valley's main reactor, in an effort to eliminate either Dr. Bently or Dr. Solar.
