Magnus saved M'Ree's and her son's life in Magnus Robot Fighter (Gold Key) #1. They were among the 1,000 people the mad robot H8 put in his human-brain computer. Magnus destroyed H8 and released them. Actually, M'Ree did not have an appearance in MRF #1. Her 1st appearance is in MRF #7 where she told this story.
