Flip books are two comics that share the issue, starting from both sides, needing to "flip the book".

Modern day, flipbook is the term used to refere to books than contains two separated stories than start on the oposites sides of the book, with both sides being the "cover" of the issue. Both stories are in reverse opposition to each other, so the reader had to move the physical book to read each story.
A recent thrend is to have both stories related and converge on the central pages of the book, uniting the narrative of both tales.
