Marvel -1 Flashback Month
In July 1997, Marvel Comics released #-1 issues of most of its comic volumes in an event dubbed Flashback Month. These issues were meant to showcase untold tales from their characters origins. Titles involved in the "Heroes Reborn" event did not participate in the Flashback Month.

Fun fact: While titles that where involved in the Heroes Reborn event did not participate in the Flashback Month, an Avengers Minus 1 issue was listed in a Marvel-checklist (as can be seen in the checklist in Ka-Zar issue 3 among others). The comic states it would reveal secrets about the Scarlet Witch, Hellcat, Swordsman and Hawkeye. Why this comic was not published is unknown.
