Courted by the Parliament of Waves, the primordial force known as The Clear is the preeminent consciousness of all hydrogenated based life throughout the DC Universe. Alongside the natural elements like The Green, The Red, The Rot, The Grey, The Divided, etc. Naturally it is the opposing power to that of Parliament of Flames and its representative elementals. One of its most prolific champions of The Clear force is Naiad of New Earth, once a marine environmentalist turned vengeful water sprite with designs of flooding the earth exterminating humankind for its poisoning of the seas. One of DC's main heroes and King of Atlantis Aquaman, utilizes his marine telepathy in order to reach out and touch the minds of all ocean based and evolved lifeforms through it.
