Evil is in full flow rampaging across the city killing with ease. Every corpse he makes rises again in 60 seconds to serve him,spread the psycho-plague and number in the 200,000 already. The video tape of the carnage Ernie caused ends and we fade to a courtroom.

Washington D.C.

In Washington Dr Price and Dr Young are giving evidence at a senate investigation into the rampage of Evil Ernie. Price defends them saying Ernie was telepathic and this caused his parents to abuse him all the more and that his Dream-Probe machine played no part in Ernie's reanimation. He grows livid at the accusations and raves that he fears that this war is not over and is dragged away in contempt.

The Endless Graveyard

In the realm of Lady Death Ernie rises from the grave still immensely powerful but tired from his exertions. Lady Death rides out in her hearse to collect her fallen love. She finds him collapsed and fears he died and cries tears of blood that drips on his face. He moves and gaps the one word she speaks that he yearned the most.... "Love". She has Ernie taken to her castle and there finally makes love to Ernie as she long promised.

Dr Price visits Stone at his hotel-room and threatens him saying he knows he is sick and in his mind Stone is indeed changing. In his mind Evil Ernie and Lady Death discuss their problem of how Ernie can return to earth while trapped in Stone's mind. Ernie decides there is a way and Stone will have to die for it to happen and he start to fill his mind with depressive thoughts.
