Superman for some reason has retreated to live under the oceans and the people of earth start to panic wondering why he would do such a thing.

Lois Lane decides to check it out and when she does she is disappointed. Superman is helping two aliens with various constructions. It also looks like Superman has wedded the female.

The father has asked Superman to help him construct a machine that will melt the polar ice-caps of earth, creating a new water planet for more of his race to live on. And Superman agreed to build the machines....
