Will Superman help or hinder four less than fantastic astronauts who've returned from their mission involving radiation experiments?
In this issue we meet Hank Henshaw (Later to become the Cyborg Superman) and his crew. Like the Fantastic Four they return from a mission in space, and like the FF, they are changed. The difference is their changes are killing them.
They look to Lex Luthor for help but are mistaken for intruders. Superman tries to help them, but instead ends up watching the space travelers fade away.
