"THE CIRCUS OF A THOUSAND THRILLS": (Justice Society Of America) The JSA meet and find no open cases on their books so they decide to go to the circus but before they can get there they are stopped by a traffic cop who tells them the police commissioner wants to see them. they are told about a pattern of crime waves that have hit 4 other cities with Civic City being the next in the pattern. they soon realize the pattern matches the path of the circus they were about to go to.
