Superboy attacks Anima, thinking Anima is an agent of the Nameless One. Anima convinces Superboy that they are on the same side, against the Nameless One, who has essentially conquered the world. The Nameless One sends Eris and Anima’s brother Jeremy Mason against Superboy and Anima. At first, Anima is reluctant to fight, but soon figures out that Superboy is in fact the host of another Archai, the Warrior. Anima releases the Warrior from Superboy in much the same way that she releases Animus from herself. Superboy, Anima, and the Warrior defeat Eris, and Anima rescues her brother Jeremy.
