Aquaman, the denizens of the sea and the rebel Atlantean forces stand together in the final battle against the invaders for the freedom of Atlantis.

Atlantis begins its war with the army outside it's dome, with Atlantis soldiers being repulsed each time. As the three remaining jelly fish leaders continue plotting Atlantis's downfall, as the general prepares his last wave for battle, with Aquaman looking on.

As the soldiers charge their assisted by many fish, sharks and whales from the ocean who destroy their foes guns and kill their soldiers as Aquaman strains himself to his limit summoning them. The fish's aid turns the tide of the battle forcing the jelly fish to retreat from the city, as Aquaman falls from the spire he was perched on only to be caught by his loyal subjects and paraded through the street to the royal palace.

Aquaman soon recovers where he announces to the council he is abdicating his throne. With his feeling he can no longer be limited to a small portion of the sea, and leaves Atlantis to travel the Earth's oceans.
