Bringing heat upon Perun and his thugs, Grotesk attempts to strike a deal with the Russian mobsters by having them meet with him at the old Gotham City Opera House.  It is yet another scandalous trick as Grotesk has secretly already invited Johnny Karaoke and his Geisha Grrls to the entertainment establishment in the attempt to get both factions of gangsters to kill each other in the bloody attempt to take the Mimic-prototype.  Batman attempts to save the day only to find Grotesk putting others in danger allows him to make a break for freedom once more.  The Dark Knight then decides in the fiery aftermath to attempt an alternative solution in linking Grotesk and Wayne Franklin as the same culprit.
