As The Joker begins kidnapping various people throughout the city, Dr. Arkham turns to a man known only as Mr. Wild. The Batman meanwhile starts his own investigation and soon comes in contact with Joker's Gang. Meanwhile Jim Gordon and Sarah Essen visit Harvey Bullock in the hospital through some intense tension. As The Joker's gang gets away they leave a man behind, prompting Mr. Wild to interrogate him, but how far will he go? and just who is Mr. Wild?
