Captain Atom learns of a sinister plot concocted by Queen Bee to have Plastique assassinate a member of the Bialyan Freedom Council.

Captain Atom is having trouble keeping a relationship with anyone. But he has to ask to stop Plastique at all cost, but do they share feelings for each other they have tired to hide?
