The Teen Titans are off to the beach as they answer a distressing letter from their pal, boy genius and lab assistant Willie Gregson. With former Titan Speedy in tow, the Titans arrive at the boy’s location and are stunned to learn it is a summer resort! Things go from fun to serious quickly as they are warned that there is something mysterious lurking in the water. The Titans have their work cut out for them: not only do they have to find a way to defeat this monster, but they must also help their friend Willie, who is entangled in a plot to steal the mysterious “Project X” file!
