Synopsis

The Batman usually works alone, but the threat of a mass murder in the Gotham City financial district forces him to team up with a bizarre private eye.

Plot Summary

Batman and a P.I. named Joe Potato pursue a serial bomber (Ed Hallen) through the streets of Gotham. Hallen appears to be targeting drug criminals, but his motives are unknown to the Detectives as they try to stop his bombing spree.
