The Dark Knight takes on the united gangs of Gotham, all led by the military-minded General, who resides in the body of an 11-year-old boy.
The Anvil of War (Batman & The General): Batman attempted to break up a gang war, but his exhaustion kicked in. Barely surviving, he retreated to the cave. He took a couple days off, only going out undercover to gather information. He learned the "General" was leading the unified gangs against the Gotham City Police.
