Batman, Robin, and Nightwing go undercover in order to set a trap for Lock-Up, a former cop holding villains hostage in his own private dungeon. But the plan goes awry when it's Robin who's trapped! "Locked Down" part 3.

Lock-up (Lyle Bolton) refused to give the location of his captives. Unless they let him go, he insisted they would starve to death. He escaped. Batman and Robin went out undercover to check on possible targets, Nightwing checked on yet another. He took down his target when he found that he'd abducted yet another child. "Matches" Malone met with some mobsters. Robin found Lock-up and was taken by him - he thought he was a gun-runner. "Matches" got the shake down from the mobsters.
