 Harley Quinn is in a meeting with the board at Arkham to try and get released. After they question Harley they voted and Bruce Wayne still did not give her the vote. On her way back to her cell she is kidnapped by a fake cop. She is then taken to Scarface who offers her a job that will make them rich. Harley agrees and they proceed with the plan. Harley tips off Gordon about Scarface and then she pretends to finish the job. They start fighting and Batman shows up. The girl controlling Scarface was able to get away when she threw Scarface and he exploded. Harley returns to Arkham but would soon earn another meeting with the board. Bruce Wayne has changed his vote and Harley is now free to go.
