Deadman and Petey do their best to help her control the power of the helmet while Kent watches over Eric. Deadman posses the body of Jack Small to help out as best he can when they face the center of all the madness, Joachim Hess.

Hess is the cause of all the craziness going on as he is trying to become the Lord of the Fourth Heaven, currently Indra. Indra, not happy to be usurped in his position. He will do whatever it takes to stop this and restore order while keeping his position in the fourth heaven.
