Amanda Waller and Cave Carson guest-star as Bruce Gordon assembles an elite group of heroes to oppose Eclipso, with the Suicide Squad’s Waller acting as instructor.

The Creeper seeks out Bruce as he's contacting various organizations to help stop Eclipso but is always turned down.

Bruce finally decides to start his own team and gets trained by the Wall.

In the meantime, Waller presents the new team leader.
