The JLA guest-stars as the "Quiver" storyline continues, reestablishing the Emerald Archer into the DC Universe. Oliver Queen reunites at last with his former JLA teammates, but the League is quite confused, to say the least. Meanwhile, the Star City Slayer continues his murder spree.
Aquaman brings Ollie to the Justice League satellite. Ollie is a little unsure of the team since there are unfamiliar faces. Batman simply knocks Ollie out in order to examine him.
Black Canary is told that Ollie is alive.
