cover

The debut of Streak the Wonder Dog in a story by writer Robert Kanigher and artist Alex Toth wasn't a good sign for the Golden Age Green Lantern. Perhaps inspired by another German Shepherd - Rin Tin Tin - Streak was popular from the outset. Even on the cover of this issue, Green Lantern is just a spectator, watching as Streak got the laugh by depositing a bone at the local bank.

  1. "THE SAGA OF STREAK"
  2. "THE FATAL CHANCE"
  3. O'MALLEY OF THE FOURTH PRECINCT
  4. "THE EMPEROR'S BEADS" (text story by Jim Robinson)
  5. "THE LAST CRIMINAL GETS AN EDUCATION"
