Plot Summary

Death by Fire and Ice!

Hal Jordan has been called back to Oa to answer for the fact that he ignored the Ungarans when they asked him for aide. When Hal gets there Arisa and Katam Tui are already pleading for mercy on Hal, because they both know him and feel he would only ignore the call if it was for something more important.

When Hal arrives infront of the Guardians he tells them he will help the Ungarans but then he quits being a Green Lantern, and then the hot headed Hal storms off to Ungara.

Meanwhile on Earth, St'nlli who recently regained his memories has destroyed Goldface for treating him poorly before, and now remembers his mission to Earth, to kill the Green Lantern of Earth. WIth this new knowledge, St'nlli rampages through Green Lantern's Earth hangout and then learns he when to Oa, and trails after.

When Hal gets to Ungara he learns that since the death of Abin Sur, the Ungarans became more war like and have tilted their planet off its axis just enough to cause an ice age.

Hal tries several things to fix the planet but it isn't until Arisa shows up that one of his plans as a chance of working, but just when it seems to work, St'nlli shows up and attacks Hal.

Due to St'nlli's powers he is able to incapacitate Arisa and beats Hal to the point of near death.
