After Sinestro's attack on Ferris Air, Hal calls in a fast friend for help. This brave and bold duo comes one step closer to uncovering the mystery of Sinestro's plans, all while Hal continues to figure out what it means to be the only Green Lantern on Earth!

PLUS: Meet the all-new character SINSON, in the first installment of a prelude story the to upcoming Sinister Sons by Peter J. Tomasi and David Lafuente!

Plot

Fast Friends

Coast City- Sinestro has tracked down Hal Jordan and is giving him an ultimatum, give the villain Hal Jordan's new Green Lantern Ring or Sinestro will blow up Coast City. Hal agrees and gives his old mentor the ring, but it won't work for anyone but Hal. In anger Sinestro triggers the bombs around the city and leaves Hal to deal with stopping the destruction.

Hal was prepared for Sinestro to do something and called Barry Allen to help out. The team of the Brave and Bold are able to stop the bombs from going off but are too late to catch Sinestro.

Hal then asks his friend to help him figure out what Sinestro is up to.

Ferris Air- Barry and Hal examine the drones that were in the hanger when Sinestro and his crew broke in. While there, Barry learns that Sinestro had something attached to the drone, something he tells Carol Ferris when she shows up. Barry then learns that Hal and Carol are not together, and that Carol is engaged.

After she leaves, Barry gets a call that there is chaos going on in downtown Los Angeles and asks if Hal wants to help out.

Los Angeles- Flash and Green Lantern take down a powered up Major Disaster. Then later while outside the police precinct the pair discuss the sudden arrival of alien tech in area and the fact that Hal and Carol are broken up. All the while unaware that the drones in Ferris Air are flying off.
