An UNDERWORLD UNLEASHED tie-in! The new and dangerously improved Blockbuster comes gunning for Impulse, who must discover what horrifying price Blockbuster has paid for his new powers.

Blockbuster's henchmen try to lure Impulse into a burning stadium full of trapped people. After that fails, he decides to take to the streets to take care of him himself. Thinking that he destroyed Impulse, Blockbuster heads back home, where Impulse confronts him again, and winds up collapsing his house on top of him.
