Gross-Out crash-lands in Manchester, Alabama and crosses paths with Impulse. Phil inadvertently steals Bart’s super-speed, and although he enjoys being able to run fast and speak normally, he knows he has to return the power and keep moving.

Grossout, from Scare Tactics, escapes capture and lets loose in Alabama, leading to tales of a mysterious bog monster on the loose. He soon crosses paths with Impulse, who is trying to find the alleged monster before the government do, while wandering out in the wild. But after a confrontation in the swamps leads Grossout to absorb some of Impulse's powers, the two must find a way to set things right.
