Now that Kyle knows his role in the Guardians' cosmic scheme, how will he resolve his life on Earth?

Radu's Coffee Shop,New York City- Kyle Rayner tells Coffee shop owner and friend Radu about the events of the last couple days. Radu shows how much he knows Kyle by saving him the last dounut. Radu also gives Kyle a necklace Jen left behind when she moved out.

The Kaaterskill's Notch- Kyle is confronted by a Monitor, who seems confused that Kyle is alive. The Monitor talks about having to check in on the others, but before Kyle can gets answers the Monitor disappears. Later while talking to Schuyler, Kyle explains that he is still trying to keep his distance from Marissa, even though she seems to be flirting with him, in her own special way.

Battery Park, New Headquaters of the JSA- Kyle and Alan Scott talk about the death of Jade, and how she is now a part of Kyle. Alan is happy for Kyle that Jade is still with him and happy for himself for having found his son again.

New York City- Effigy finds Kyle flying through the city and ambushes him. During the battle Kyle questions Effigy's motives and learns that Effigy doesn't know why he is attacking Kyle. This adds to Kyle's theory that someone is out to get him.

Sector 3503- Kyle finds himself chained up with Ariana, saying only, "things have not worked out like I planned..."
