A follow-up to the Eisner Award-winning FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE JUSTICE LEAGUE begins as the second story arc of this hot new series! The 6-part "I Can't Believe It's Not the Justice League"— written by Keith Giffen and J.M. The Super Buddies have a new neighbour and Sue discovers that he use to be a super-villain by the name of Blackguard but appears to be the only one bothered about it. While Blue Beetle and Booster Gold exchange compliments on their new costumes, Fire is out looking for a new apartment she can share with their new team mate Mary Marvel who, in the process, is learning many things she really didn't need to. After Sue takes it upon her self to give their neighbour a warm welcome in the super-hero fashion, it's when the team see who Blackguard's partner is that they start to worry.
