This issue opens as the Huntress is fighting members of the Brotherhood of Evil. She is cornered by Plasmus, and about to be disolved, when Power Girl rushes in to save the day. Afterwards she wants to have a sit down with the Huntress, and talk like they used to. Problem is, this version of Power Girl was never friends with the Huntress.
