Captain Atom sends Power Girl, Animal Man, Flash and Metamorpho to Bialya to confront Queen Bee head on in an attempt on a surprise attack. The team face off against the improved Jack-O-Lantern again and discover that Queen Bee has a Dominator in her employ.

Meanwhile, J'onn J'onnz questions Captain Atom's decision as the Captain continues to doubt his ability to lead this team.
