Following the attack on the munitions at General Zho's camp, a battered Green Arrow is taken to the rebel camp. Hal Jordan, still believing Zho to be virtuous, asks about Queen before heading back stateside. On his way, Jordan has an odd encounter with one of the Guardians.

Three months pass, as Oliver Queen recovers and becomes familiar with the natives, including Angelina, a nun and nurse.

General Zho is informed of a monk named Than who is to be instrumental in peace talks. Zho believes that peace will mean an end to the wealth he has accumulated from war. In addition to mining the road toward the rebels, he orders the death of Than.

Jordan returns with a new plane from Ferris Air. Zho orders a bombing raid on the rebels to ensure Than's death. As Green Lantern, Jordan confronts Green Arrow as the conflict escalates!
