The four Legionnaires that escaped from a prison planet find themselves at Naltor, the home planet of Dream Girl, to find some answers and support. They take a flight from Naltor to Earth, remaining incognito until they have to expose their ruse to fight hypnotized Science Police officers. They figure that the reason they were placed on the prison island is because they are the four smartest Legionnaires and realize that the one they are fighting against is none other than Universo.
