The Universo Project is over at last, and the Legionnaires attempt to bask in an aftermath of "Peace, Quiet and Impending Doom"! Also, the results of the latest election is revealed and a new leader is chosen!

Element Lad decides to step down as Legion leader, after the events that disbanded the Legion when Universo controlled the planet Earth. The Legion votes for their new leader while the potential candidates opt for a less traditional campaign. Eventually the results are in and Polar Boy is elected the new leader. He chooses Element Lad as his deputy leader.
