The Legion of Super-Heroes faces "The Choice of Dooms!"
Ultra Boy, Phantom Girl, Chameleon Boy, Element Lad and Shrinking Violet are still lost in space and find an inhabited planet during their travels and lands, and learn they are trying to build a Sun-Eater on that planet. Meanwhile, Lightning Lass learns that she is an aunt after she returns to the Legion of Super-Heroes. THe missing Legionnaires decide to sacrifice their chance of going home to remain and destroy the machines that are trying to build the Sun-Eater.
